All prices are subject to a survey this will depend on the size of the property and the extent of the infestation as more visits may be required after the first initial treatment.

If another visit is required for flea, bedbug and carpet treatments then a discount will be applied for that additional visit. A minimum of a 4 to 6 week wait to allow for the insecticide to fully control the infestation between treatments.

Preparation for Rodent treatments

Rodent treatments internally open baits or traps will be deployed in safe spaces where non targets such as pets or humans cant have access to them such as roof voids or underneath the floorboards. other ways of safe baiting may also be considered such as deploying traps and baits in tamper resistant bait stations this will depend on access and subject to a risk assessment during the survey to ensure all methods of control comply with CRRU regulations.

 

Rodent treatments outside such as a garden. All baits and traps will be deployed in tamper resistant bait stations. All bait stations will be tethered to ensure non targets species cant move them around. I will always advise to keep any pets away from the bait boxes while the treatment is being carried out this will further lower any risks.


Preparation for Cluster fly treatments

Preparing the loft for a fogging treatment - water tanks and any items in the loft will need covering up.

Any smoke alarms will need to be switched off.

Any windows that need to be treated all personal items should be removed to allow full access.

Please be aware that you will have to vacate the property for a minimum of four hours after the treatment is finished.


Preparation for a Flea treatments

All personal items on the floor should be moved in to the middle of the room to allow as much access to treat all carpet areas with an insecticide. 

All carpets should be vacuumed before treatment and seven days after.

Any pets should be de flea with veterinarian products.

Please note you will have to vacate the property while the treatment is being carried out and for four hours after.

 


Preparation for Bed bug treatments

Preparing for a bed bug treatment is essential this will help achieve overall control.

Wardrobes and other furniture that has any personal belongings in them should be removed and washed at a hot temperature if possible and placed in bags.

Beds may need to be taken apart and also treated this can be done on the day of the treatment.

Please note you will have to vacate the property while the treatment is being carried out and for four hours after.


Preparation for wasp and Hornet treatments


Avoid treated areas for the first 24 hours as the wasps may be very aggressive once treated.

It may take up to 5 to 7 days for the activity to completely cease and another treatment may be needed depending on the access and location of the nest.

The wasp nest may be removed on the first treatment, this will depend on the size and aggressiveness of the wasps. The location of the nest it may not be possible for removal.


Preparation for a carpet moth spray

All carpet areas must be clear as much as possible to allow full access for spraying.

Vacuum carpet areas before the treatment as this will make the treatment more effective.

Please note you will have to vacate the property while the treatment is being carried out and for four hours after.

All pets must also be excluded from the treatment.
